1. Discovery & Needs Assessment

6. Offer Management & Closing

Once you've identified your preferred candidate, we facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring expectations are aligned on compensation, role scope, and transition timelines.
We manage communications with all parties, helping to navigate any complexities and ensuring a smooth path to acceptance.

7. Transition Support

Our commitment extends beyond placement. We provide support during the candidate's transition into your organization, serving as a resource for both parties during the critical early months.
We also offer a replacement guarantee - if a placed candidate leaves within the agreed timeframe, we will conduct a new search and hire at no additional professional fee.
